Accessories First or Last, What’s Your Priority?

When you shop for women’s clothes, do you have accessories for the outfit already, or do you buy accessories after the clothing? Do you consider a handbag an accessory, or do you limit that category to jewellery, scarves and belts?

Many manufacturers don’t consider a handbag an accessory, just a necessary item for many women. Handbags may be displayed in or near the accessory area of your favourite department store, but that’s simply because the handbags pertain primarily to women.

You casually slip gold bangles on your wrist as you head for tea at the club. What dress would highlight the casual but simple elegance of your wrist adornments?

What handbags would you choose for each? The outfits and the jewellery don’t mesh with the same style of handbag. Would you choose a clutch purse or a slimline bag?
