False Eyelashes are for More Than Halloween

I have always wanted nice thick eyelashes. I have purchased them by the individual lashes or buy the eye. Either way works quite well. I have begun to purchase the ones from Halloween leftovers in the stores to wear to the clubs. I also pair them with a purple wig that I have and love to wear with the long, thick eyelashes.

At one time in our history false eyelashes were not looked positively upon but have become more popular in recent years. My favorite ones are the simple, thick and long black set. The way they compliment eyes, especially blue ones, is the icing on the cake for most. Makeup is also enhanced with the lashes. Black eyeliner softened with charcoal gray eyeshadow creates a tremendous, smokey look that is sure to win you the attention of many.

The mascara market is definately trying to take over some of this infatuation from the fake eyelashes. The manufacturers are coming out with mascara that is thicker and thicker, yet even so cannot match the look of the “real” thing. As time moves on the eyelashes become more and more of a staple in my attire and I cannot help to wonder if I will, at some point, say, “Oh- I cannot go out without my eyelashes.”
